Return Policy:
At Botanico Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products, and issue a full refund minus any shipping charges. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns on opened or used products, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
